As Tea Chef family, we began a global tea journey by combining world tea varieties and techniques with Turkish Orthodox (traditional) tea production history. Inspired by our roots, we present to you, the tea lovers, our tea journey from 'Past to Future' by passing the 2.5 leaf tea sprouts that we harvest by hand through impeccable workmanship.

- We harvest the tea leaves by hand and fix the plant quality at the highest level.
- We use traditional methods without damaging the structure of the quality leaf and process the leaf as a whole without breaking it.
- When the manufacturing process is finished, our curly-looking teas are opened while brewing, and the pulp returns to its natural, unprocessed state.
- Our favourite feature is that it can produce a high-flavored, full-bodied brew in a short amount of time, and you can brew the same tea multiple times and enjoy a different pleasure with each drink.
